No-Return Policy
As all products from I Luv U Tutu Much Childrens Boutique are custom made on order NO refunds Or Exchanges will be given for any item once the items have been ordered and paid for. No last minute Alterations to your items will be accepted. Please make sure to double check all color schemes, & enter measurement upon check out. Quality workmanship is 100% guaranteed as your buisness is importaint to us. If by some uforseen circumstance your order arrives incorrect on our part we will replace it for you. You must contact us by email with in 24 hrs of delivery of your shipped products. Please leave the nature of your delima as well as your order number, and return the product with in 5 business days of the complaint to recieve your re-placement product. Failure to do so will result in a loss of exchange. Due to the delicate nature of our handcrafted items, NO warranties or refunds are given for wear and tear of an item with use. Please be aware that all sales are final and NO refunds will be given for returned merchandise. ALL SALES are Considered FINAL.
Cancellations
Online orders as well as phone orders will not be cancelled, "Delivered" merchandise cannot be canceled or Orders that are refused or returned to sender will NOT be credited or refunded for ANY reason. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Once an order is placed it is in production, therefore please make certain all your information is attached in memo boxes for the seamstress to see.
Shipping
Your order will be custom made, and filled within a 3-5 week time period unless otherwise specified. Rushed orders may be placed if available and will be shipped with in a 1-2 week time frame.This does not include shipping times which vary as we are closed all weekends and holidays!
Please contact jenharris@iluvututumuch.net to see if your items can be shipped "RUSH"before placing an order. Once your custom order has been completed it will then be shipped by UPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail or Parcel Post.
For large 15+ items or custom orders or if items/materials are not in stock, delivery time may be slightly longer This usually takes 6-12 weeks. You will be notified by email if your order is likely to be shipped later than expected. Please be sure to make a note in the comment box at checkout if the order is needed by a certain date. Upon request, a personalized gift message to the recipient may also be included with the order.
Before Custom orders are made please make sure all information such as email, address, phone numbers,and exact measurements are correct to ensure a satisfying correct delievery of products.
